| The Friends of the Ashland Library | The Friends of the Richard S. Gillis Jr. (Ashland) Library is a nonprofit community-based support group for the Richard S. Gillis Jr. Library, the Ashland Branch of the Pamunkey Regional Library. |
| Friends of the Atlee Branch Library | The mission of the Friends of the Atlee Branch Library, Inc. is to assist in the development, operation and maintenance of the Atlee Branch of the Pamunkey Regional Library, to encourage understanding and appreciation of the work of the library, to build a greater realization of the importance of the Library to the future development of the community, and to provide financial support and volunteer assistance. |
| The Friends of Boatwright Memorial Library (University of Richmond) | The Friends of Boatwright Memorial Library was founded in 1971 by alumni, faculty, staff, and supporters of the University of Richmond. The Friends acknowledge the central importance of the Library to the intellectual and cultural life of the University of Richmond and strive to increase public awareness of the wide array of resources and services available through the Library, to expand success to these programs, and to encourage generous giving in support of our excellent Library. |

| Friends of the Henrico County Library | Friends of the Library are community members like you with an interest both in supporting the many services currently offered by the Library and in providing additional programs and services. As a 501-C non-profit organization, the Friends strive to enhance and promote the use and enjoyment of the Library, as well as sponsor special programs and activities. The Friends also develop supplemental funding for the Library and actively support its policies and procedures. |
| Friends of Richmond Pubic Library | To adopt a shelf, individuals or organizations agree to maintain a specific range of shelves. The volunteer spends at least one hour a week putting shelves in order. |
| Friends of the VCU Library | The Friends of the Library are donors who support the mission, programs, collections and services of the VCU Libraries. The Friends are committed to helping the VCU Libraries build its resources and collections to provide for the ever-expanding needs of Virginia Commonwealth University's world-class teaching and research missions. |
| Volunteer Opportunities at the Library of Virginia | Volunteers provide an invaluable service and the Library of Virginia welcomes the support of the community. Volunteer opportunities include data entry, administrative support, computer use, and retail assistance. Once the Library knows of your interests and skills through your application, we will try to match those skills with our needs. |
